What age is the playroom for?
We welcome kids from their first steps up to about 12. The youngest have their own soft toddler zone, older kids get the two-level structure and the interactive wall.
Does a parent need to stay?
Yes, children play under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Adults enter free and can relax in the café overlooking the hall.
Are socks required?
Yes, socks are a must in the play area, for kids and adults alike. Forgot yours? You can buy a pair on site.
Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?
You don't have to, but it pays off: online tickets are cheaper than at the desk, and you just show the code on your phone at the door.
How long can we stay?
Choose a 2-hour ticket or one with no time limit on the day of your visit. With the no-limit ticket you can leave and come back the same day.
How do I book a birthday party?
Pick a package and check available dates in the booking calendar. We confirm by e-mail and call back if anything needs sorting out.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, your own cake is very welcome. The rest of the food is included in the birthday package.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's free parking for guests right by the building.
